The story quickly spread throughout the town and reached Takematsu's ears. Impressed, Takematsu put Osue in a basket and took her back to his hometown, and the two were happily united. Awazu Onsen 粟津温泉, is a hot spring resort located in the city of Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
