“南部鉄器” (Nanbu tekki) — Famous Nanbu cast iron, a traditional craft from Iwate Prefecture in Japan. Japanese cast ironware that originates from the Nanbu region, particularly Morioka and Oshu City in Iwate Prefecture, northern Japan. It has a history of over 400 years, It became popular among samurai, tea masters, and later among common folk. and it's known for its durability, beauty, and superior heat retention.
